HoriZON is an initiative of MBS GROUP for assorted workshops in diversified sectors like Robotics, Ethical Hacking & Information Security, Auto mechanics &IC Engine Design, AeroModelling & Aircraft Designing, 3D Animation, Flash, Search Engine Optimization, Content Management System etc. in engineering colleges.
WINGS
This workshop is dedicated to learn the technology behind making of aircrafts. It help and encourage the participants to solve real time problem involved in
making of glider aircraft, besides this live demonstration of RC plane will also be shown so that student will stimulate their theoretical knowledge in to
practical.
WORKSHOP MOTIVE
The basic purpose of this workshop is to erase the limitations of lack of right guidance and infrastructural inhibitions currently being faced by engineering
colleges in India bring them to a near brighter and developing Aviation sector in India. In this workshop students not only learn, but transform their ideas in
to reality. Apart from this, it fosters the spirit of creativity, innovation. and team work. It gives us a chance not only to conceive but also to create. Apart
from learning, it is also a very good stress buster.

DURATION:
The duration of this workshop will be two consecutive days, with eight hour session each day in
a total of sixteen hours properly divided into theory and hands on sessions.
CERTIFICATION:
A 'Certificate of Merit' by HoriZON (A Unit of MBS Group) to all Participants of this workshop.
At the end of this workshop, a small competition will be organized among the participating
students and winners will be awarded with a 'Certificate of Excellence' by HoriZON
ELIGIBLITY:
All the topics will be covered in two days. It’s a basic level workshop so there are no
prerequisites. Anyone interested in Aeromodelling can join this workshop.

Dhishna Workshop 2 Magic Wand(Hacking workshop

The pro level ethical hacking workshop, happening on 5&6th march, during "dhishna." the annual tech-fest of SOE-CUSAT,the workshop will contain two sessions.
the first one, which is happening on 5th will be talks by intrusion and security experts, which include Manu zachariah, the ...developer of "matriux", which can be called, the "leet linux".
The second part is where the fun is.
it's where you start doing the stuff on your own.
It is an interactive session, in which, the experts, who were on the stage, last day, come to you, pat your back, share your coke and hack.
The main objectives of the workshop are,
1.Giving a brief description about unix and windows based servers(micro and macro kernels)
2.Familiarisation of Matriux and backtrack, and tools.(main objective)
3.Concept of DoS and CSS based attacks
(Denial of Servise & Cross Site Scripting)
Its not that kind of workshop, in which you mugg up something, go home and find out that,"Damn, I wasted the money :("
Its a kind, in which, you get support, right there.
so, come on!...,
lets work it out.
eat, drink coke, befriend some eminent personalities...., yeah, And Hack :)
